Starting Spring 2018, all members must submit a graduation stole order request individually instead of collectively as a chapter.
Stole Order Deadlines
- Fall Graduation Orders open October 15th, 10:00am Pacific (Order Deadline: November 18th, 11:59pm Pacific)
- Spring Graduation: Orders open February 15th, 10:00am Pacific (Order Deadline: March 31st, 11:59pm Pacific)
Please see the instructions below to order your graduation stole:
Before you order your graduation stole,
- Ensure you are a paid AND active SHPE member; you must have been a SHPE member for at least one (1) year
- Ensure your graduation date is updated on SHPEConnect
- Have your SHPE ID from the My Profile page of your SHPEConnect account ready
To order your graduation stole,
- Select the “Graduation Stoles” menu item from the navigation bar on the SHPE Connect home page
- Submit your order request
Processing, shipping, and receiving your graduation stole
- After the deadline has past, all orders will be aggregated per chapter
- Only one shipment will be made to each chapter with all pertinent graduation stoles and a list of recipients
- Shipment will be made to the chapter not the individual
- Please allow two weeks after the deadline for orders to be aggregated and processed
- Order fulfillment is based on availability
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
- SHPE will NOT replace any lost or stolen stoles
