For funding submission deadlines, please refer to the timeline table here. Chapters granted funding reimbursements will be notified two weeks after the funding deadline.
Post-event reports are due by June 30, 2017. Second disbursements will be mailed by July 15, 2017 contingent upon accurate, compliant, and timely completion of the SHPE Mini Grant Report as outlined by the SHPE Mini Grant Report Instructions. If your chapter fails to submit a complete and compliant report by the deadline, your chapter will not be eligible to apply for any SHPE K-12 program funding for twelve months following initial application submission date.
